The Kalea A4 Primo is a platform lift with an elegant, classic design that is easy to customise to the requirements and architectural style of any setting, thanks to our wide range of colours, materials and accessories. Given that the lift is made of ready-made elements, delivery and installation can be acheived in record-time.

Thanks to our ready-made lift concept, and our smart plug & play electrics, your lift can be delivered as fast as in 3-4 weeks and installed in as little as 2-3 days.
Space-Efficient Solution
Close to 70% of the total footprint is passenger space. In addition, the Kalea A4 Primo does not require a lift pit, a large headroom or a separate machine room.
Minimal Building Work
Thanks to our ready-made, space-saving lift concept, lift installation only requires minimal building adaptations, which also reduces your construction costs.
What is a Platform Lift?
The Kalea A4 Primo is a vertical platform lift. This means that you do not travel in a lift cabin, but on an open platform inside an enclosed lift shaft. Platform lifts do not travel as fast as conventional passenger lifts, but offer other advantages, such as short delivery time, speedy installation and space-efficiency.

According to European Standards, hold-to-run platform controls are mandatory, but outside Europe, other regulations may apply. Please contact your Kalea dealer for more information.
Pitless Platform Lift
To install the Kalea A4 Primo, you do not need a lift pit. The lift can be installed directly on the floor with an access ramp or with a shallow pit of only 50 mm, if you prefer.
Minimal Headroom
Your platform lift only requires a headroom of 2300 mm on the top floor for standard doors. You need even less headroom, if you have a gate on the highest floor.
Machine Room Less Lift
With our platform lifts, what you see is what you get. The machinery is so compact that everything fits inside the lift shaft, no need for a separate machine room.

Kalea A4 Primo Platform Design
The platform controls have an ergonomic and user-friendly design. Platform controls include floor buttons, an alarm button and an emergency stop button. To ensure your safety at all times, the platform is also equipped with safety edges, an emergency phone and battery emergency lowering as standard.
According to European Standards, the floor buttons need to be operated by hold-to-run (constant pressure on the button), while the call buttons on the doors are operated with automatic drive (one-touch). There is always room for a lift
If you do not think that you have enough space to install a lift, think again! The Kalea A4 Primo, is a very space-efficient platform lift that is always delivered with a ready-made lift shaft in glass or steel panels. Thanks to the compact construction and space-saving lift shaft, it is possible to install your Kalea platform lift at the centre of most staircases.
Do you need to go smaller? For very limited and narrow spaces, we have other lift models, such as the Kalea Atmos that fits inside just 1m2.
Lifts in Staircases
Thanks to their extremely space-efficient construction and wide range of sizes, our platform elevators will fit in almost any space. The centre of the staircase is often the perfect place to install a Kalea platform lift.
Low ceiling on the top floor?
Low ceilings is no problem for our platform lifts. Our standard doors are space-efficient enough to fit under most ceilings but sometimes that is not enough. For that reason, we offer doors with customised dimensions, and for the top floor, we can also provide a gate *.
*According to European Safety Standards gates are allowed for lifts with total travel of max 3 metres. For countries outside of Europe, other standards may apply.

Outdoor Platform Lifts
If you cannot find the perfect spot for your Kalea A4 Primo inside the building, it is possible to equip the lift for outdoor installation and install it on the outside. Sustainable Lifts
Platform lift Kalea A4 Primo, is not only recyclable to 91% and has a calculated product lifespan of 25 years*, it is also listed in the database for building products that can be used in Nordic Swan Ecolabelled Buildings.
*Calculated lifetime in the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of the Kalea A4 Primo. The lifetime of individual lifts can be longer or shorter, depending on factors such as the frequency of use, the yearly number of maintenance visits, upgrades etc
EPD Report
The Kalea A4 Primo has an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) that enables you to compare its environmental impact to that of the lifts of other manufacturers. The EPD is based on a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and provides a standard way of declaring product impact according to a global, standardised system.
